Kyoto International Manga Museum

Valid for unlimited entry into the museum (excluding the Special Exhibitons) for a one year period.

Period of Validity

One year from the date of purchase.
* If the expiration date falls on a day the museum is closed, the final day of validity will be the preceding business day.

Application Method

Upon purchasing a ticket from the museum's entrance vending machine, fill out an application form at reception.
After the form has been completed you will be issued with your pass.

Important Points

Use of the pass

• Please show your pass upon entering and re-entering the museum.
• The pass allows general entry to the museum, but not into the special exhibitions.
• Usage of the pass is limited to the holder.
• You may not lend or transfer the pass to another party.
• If you forget your pass you will need to pay for a general admission ticket.

Issuing of the pass

• The pass cannot be purchased by a proxy.
• In the event of a change in design, previously issued passes will still be valid until their date of expiry.
• There may be a delay in issuing the pass during busy periods.
• Please refer to our customer privacy policy.

Other

• The museum is not responsible in the event of loss or theft of the pass.
  If the pass is lost or stolen, please contact the museum by phone at 075-254-7414.
• Proof of identity is required in order to reissue a lost pass. Reissuing of the pass cost a 500 yen fee. Additionally, the expiration date will not change.
• In the case of misuse, the pass may be invalidated by the museum.
